What is island hopping?
Also known as an island picnic! Cruise on a private boat, venture to a beautiful island with a seafood barbecue. Snorkel, swim, and party!
There is no particular time limit, so please enjoy playing in the sea to your heart's content.
Enjoy the blue sea, white sandy beach, palm trees, and the tropical vibes.
Applications for island hopping only are also welcome.
Apply with 4 people or more. If there are less than 4 people, there will be a surcharge.
If you are diving in the morning, or doing experience diving in the afternoon and island hopping in the afternoon, the whole group is now getting a 500 peso discount!
See below for details.
●Hilutangan Island(Marine Reserve)
Most island hopping boats stop at Hilutungan Island.
On the west side of this island, there is a fish and coral reserve called Sanctuary, and if you pay the entrance fee, you can park your boat on the sea and snorkel.
Beautiful coral reefs and tropical fish can be seen in the shallow waters. If you go to Cebu, be sure to go there.
●caohagan island
It's a very beautiful island with few vendors, but at low tide it takes a little time to get there from Mactan because you have to go around a large atoll.
Also, you may have to walk through knee-deep water before reaching the island.
Tourists are only allowed to enter the beach and are not allowed to enter the interior of the island. There are several cottages on the sandy beach where tourists can relax.
It's best to land on the island at high tide as it's less fun at low tide.
●Nalusuan Island(Marine Reserve)
The beach is too shallow for swimming at low tide, but is a safe spot for children.
The area around the island is shallow, so you use a long pier to land.
As a snorkeling site, you can see many A-class corals and fish.
You can see shoals of stingrays dancing, giant groupers, and schools of fish swimming. Corals and soft corals also grow very well here. There are so many fish around the pier.
There was a change in 2014, and BBQ was prohibited on the island.
●Olango Island
The largest island in the Olango Atoll off the coast of Mactan Island.
There are several small settlements on the island, and many people live there.
Because there are few beaches where boats can stay, there is a beach on the north side of the island, and it is not affected by the waves even when the west wind blows strongly, so this beach is often the destination during the monsoon season. .
Olango Island has a government-managed wild bird habitat, and migratory birds can be seen from October to March.
Ride a tricycle from the island's pier for 15 minutes and you'll arrive at a vast tidal flat.
Binoculars can be borrowed for a $2 admission fee.
It is open even when there are no birds, but you can only see the uncle fishing and the aunt collecting seaweed.
●Pandanon Island
The best island for island hopping!
Pandanon is the farthest island from Mactan.
A quiet and beautiful island with white beaches. As it is more than an hour away from Mactan Island, there are few tourists, making it the perfect island to relax. It is an island that locals go to during celebrations.
It is a resort island that looks like a painting of white sand and blue sea.
Snorkeling is also available on the island's beaches.
★Since this island is far from Mactan, the price per person is 3500 pesos without seafood barbecue and 4500 pesos with seafood barbecue. Please note.
