- Diving season is basically all year round, but April to June is the best season.

- Can I participate in diving by myself?
- There are many people who participate alone. You may meet new people there.

- What is the maximum number of dives per day?
- Each person can dive up to 4 times a day.
- I am a beginner, where is the recommended diving spot?
- “Hiltunguan” and “Nalusuan” in marine reserves are recommended.

- Can I cancel in case of bad weather?
- Cancellation is possible in case of bad weather such as typhoon or squall. No cancellation fee will be charged.
- I have a lot of blanks from my last dive and I'm worried.
- Please be assured that we will support you firmly.
The staff will set up and wear the equipment, so please enjoy diving with peace of mind.
For those who have a blank, we accept "blank diver training" for 1000 pesos.
If you wish, please let us know from the application form.
- What is the purpose of writing height and weight on the application form?
- It is to prepare the size of the wet suit that suits the person.
- There are 3 people, is it better to send 3 forms for each application?
- Sending only once is enough. Please write the name of the person who will participate together in the column of companion name, and if you rent equipment, please fill in the height and weight in the remarks column.
- If I want to dive on multiple days, how should I fill out the form?
- Please write the date and period you want to dive in the desired schedule column.
Please fill in the desired diving spot and course for each schedule in the remarks column.
- How long should I wait before flying after diving?
- It is recommended that you wait 18-24 hours after your last dive before flying to avoid decompression sickness.
Both fun diving and experience diving are mainly done in the morning, so we recommend flying after the afternoon of the next day.
The flight before diving is not related to decompression sickness, so there is no need to leave time.
- Do you have a shuttle to the hotel?
- Yes,we do. We will pick you up at your hotel on Mactan Island free of charge.
For hotels in Cebu City, it will be added from 900 pesos per person depending on the distance.
However, please come to Park Mall by taxi,
If you meet in front of a fast food restaurant called Jollybee and pick up, it will be free.
On the way back, drop off at the Mactan Taxi Terminal.
- Is it possible for you to pick me up immediately after arriving at the airport?
- After arriving at the airport, we will accommodate requests for those who wish to be picked up directly from the Jaimie's Dive Center accommodation. "There is a charge for airport pickup."
- Is there anything I should be careful about when picking up?
- We recommend that you turn on your cell phone before meeting with the representative.
When you apply, we will tell you the phone number of the person in charge, so please call us if you have any questions.
If we are unable to join you, we may call you.
- What time is the hotel pick-up time?
- Please pick up in the morning between 7:30 and 8:00.
Also, in the case of the whale shark tour, it will be far away, so we will pick you up around 4:30 in the morning.
- Is it okay if there is a gap in the schedule of the license acquisition course?
- If you can't take the course for 2 or 3 days in a row, you can take the course on a convenient schedule.
- I'm not confident in swimming when I get my license, is that okay?
- Diving requires very little swimming skill.
Floating and sinking are done by equipment, and underwater movement is just moving your feet.
- What is the difference between 2-day and 3-day open water courses?
- The difference is the start and end times.
2 days will be tight and 3 days will be relaxed. In the case of two days, the end will end around 6:00pm on both days.
In the case of 3 days, the end will end around 4:30pm to 5:00pm . The content itself does not change.
It is the situation that there are many people to acquire in two days.
- Are there any additional charges when obtaining a license?
- The amount listed on the HP will be all.
License acquisition fee.
In the case of other companies, taxes, license application fees, etc. are charged separately, and the actual payment may be higher than the amount stated on the website.
Please be assured that our license acquisition fee includes all taxes and application fees.
Equipment rental is required for advanced level and above, and textbooks are charged separately.
- Can I get Open Water and Advance consecutively?
- Yes,you can. When applying, please indicate so in the remarks column.
- I have a PADI Open Water, can I get NAUI Advanced?
- Yes,you can.
Please bring your PADI license card and logbook when acquiring.
- What is the difference between NAUI and PADI?
- The only difference is the governing body. There is no superiority or inferiority.
If you have either license, you can dive in the oceans of the world.
- Can I get a C-card immediately after the license course?
- A temporary card will be issued after the license course is completed.
Fun diving is possible from the next day after the license course ends.
After that, the card will be mailed to your home in about a month and a half.
- What can I use for payment?
- We accept Philippine Peso, Japanese Yen and US Dollar cash or credit.
Payment amounts in US dollars and Japanese yen may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate on the day.
Please pay at the shop after diving.
For credit card payments, VISA and Masterr can be used. A 5% surcharge will be added.
- Are you open during the year-end and New Year holidays?
- Yes. We are open all year round.
- I am alone, is it possible to enjoy fun diving or trial diving?
- Please feel free to join us even if you are alone.
- I want my child to dive. From what age can we dive?
- It is possible from the age of 10.
Diving licenses are available for juniors from the age of 10.
- What happens if my companion is a trial diving and I am a fun diving?
- If you have experience diving and fun diving, there are two ways.
One is to go by boat together to the diving point,
A method of diving with separate instructors for experience diving and fun diving.
The other way is for the fun diving to dive together at the depth of the experience diving.
Please let us know when you apply.
- Are there drinks on boat?
- Yes. Coffee and mineral water are provided.
- What is the special lunch service?
- The lunch that is provided as a privilege for fun diving and experience diving is a bento box from a Japanese restaurant. Burgers are also possible.
- What time does the dive end?
- In the case of 2 dives in fun diving, you eat lunch, change clothes and go home around 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
- Are there any discounts for groups?
- Yes. If there are more than 7 people, we will give a group discount, so please use it as part of a circle or event.
Group discounts depend on the number of people, so please contact us first and let us know the situation.
- Can you arrange after-diving?
- Spa massages and marine sports after diving can also be arranged.
If you would like to arrange after-diving such as jet skiing, banana boat, island hopping, parasailing, shooting, etc., please fill in the check box on the application form.
- In case of cancellation, how many days in advance should I notify?
- In case of cancellation, please inform us at least 3 days before the dive. Please do not cancel without notice.

A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if canceled the day before.
Cancellation on the day will be charged 100%.

- Where can I exchange money?
- It can be exchanged at airports, hotels and exchange offices in town. However, airports and hotels have not good rates. It is recommended that you exchange as little as possible at the exchange office in town.
You can also exchange money in the shop. Please contact Jaimie.
- I have poor eyesight. Do you have prescription goggles?
- Unfortunately, we do not have prescription goggles.
It is recommended to purchase it in Japan or at the diving goods shop in Ayala Mall in Cebu.
Many people with poor eyesight wear goggles with soft contacts.
- Do you have camera rentals?
- We rent out underwater cameras.
I have an Olympus underwater camera.
There are so many creatures in the sea of Cebu, so please take lots of pictures.
If you have an SD card or USB memory, we will copy the data.
- Is it okay to bring my camera?
- Fine.
However, if you are using a normal mobile phone or digital camera that is not waterproof, please try to avoid getting it wet.
- What do I need to bring to participate?
- For fan dives, logbook, license card, towel, change of clothes, food and drink, (jellyfish repellent, sun protection products including sunscreen) For experience dives, towel, change of clothes, food and drink, (jellyfish repellent, Sun protection products including sunscreen)
- Can I dive if I forget my C-card?
- You can dive if you have a logbook.
However, if you do not have a C-card or logbook, you will be fine as long as you know your ID number.
Please contact the diving license issuing organization that obtained the license.
If you do not know your ID, you can only experience diving.
